Communication is the modern world
My best friend, Gen. Lives in San Diego.
We can spend ooodles of time on the phone. Hours.
Don't ask what we talk about. Really don't know sometimes.
Just girl stuff.
We both have webcams. As I'm typing, I'm listening and occasionally looking at my best friend and her children. My nieces and nephew. We're family. I like it.
But of course. Nothing comes simple these days.
The sound leaves a lot to be desired. But the point is the same. I get to talk to her without the phone company getting money.
And I get to see my favorite kiddos.
And they see me.
They want to see the kitties more, but that's a kid thing.
My webcam seems to be a little less in quality than hers.
Hers is nice and clear. I think I will upgrade that too.
I'm going to go finish talking.
