Dangers of glittered people
80's night. It was fun. I attempted to get Tina hair and ended up with Belinda. (Turner and Carisle respectivly).
I added alot of glitter. Ya know, that funky spray glitter you can get at Halloween time. Anyone I hugged this evening has glitter on their shirt. That amused me. One friend of mine has a jealous girlfriend. She knows me, but will still give the poor guy the 3rd degree about where that glitter came from.
It's now 3AM. Well...almost. 5 minutes til. I should wash this stuff out of my hair. It's going to take at least two shampoos to get all the hair spray out. I went for big hair tonight. And it took me a while, but I remembered how I used to do my make-up back then. Somehow, it still didnt look right. But it worked.
And after getting ready tonight. I realized how much I never want to go back to the 80's. Takes too dang long to do my hair. I like running a brush through it and heading out the door. I'm blessed with good hair. Even when I sleep...I wake up and it doesn't look like typical "bed head". Unless I sleep with it wet..and then it does this obnoxious tweety bird thing. Kinda weird. But I can usually brush it right out.
Right now, there is no getting a brush through this hair. It's got waaaay too much hair spray. And I got a brand that is used for extreme styles. They weren't kidding either. Whoa. This stuff would hold up in a hurricane!
Well. I suspect I best be going to bed. I have an appointment tomorrow. I need to be somewhat awake.
